Hi I’m having trouble accessing the online modules I paid for.  I paid 40 dollars to do 14 modules I believe plus a free meditation class I think and I don’t know how to start. When I try to start them it wants me to pay for them seperatly and enter an enrollment key. I forget all the stuff I paid for but it was 40.00 to access a a set number of modules ( I think Buddhism in a nutshell and a meditation class) It might have been 9 module course I can’t remember. Any help would be appreciated, thanks Dave.

I'm not sure which course you paid for. Buddhism in a Nutshell Online only costs $5.00, as does Buddhist Meditation 101. The package of 14 modules of Discovering...

I'm not sure which course you paid for. Buddhism in a Nutshell Online only costs $5.00, as does Buddhist Meditation 101. The package of 14 modules of Discovering Buddhism costs $199.95. Maybe you bought one of the individual modules of Discovering Buddhism which costs $30.00? Or maybe that plus Buddhism in a Nutshell and Buddhist Meditation 101, which would come to a total of $40.00? 
When someone purchases one of our online programs, they receive an automatic email with an enrollment key. The person then has to create an account on the FPMT Online Learning Center, after which they can enroll in the course they purchased using the enrollment key.
I will contact the FPMT Foundation Store to see if they have a record of your purchase and then I will get back to you. Joan, Foundational Program Coordinator

The person in charge of our online shop searched the Foundation Store order history and could not find any orders for anyone with the name of Dave Nelson or David Nelson or under the email of david1922@gmail.com. Would you have used another name or email to make the purchase?
Could you also please search your emails to see if you can find the automatic response with the enrollment key that you would have received from the Foundation Store upon your purchase? Any help you can give us in tracking down your purchase would be most welcome. Thank you, Joan
