Hello, as far as i can see there is only a hardcopy on fpmt website of a short practice of four arm Chenrezig. I live in the UK and the shipping costs for a hard copy are a lot plus i don't know when it would arrive and would have to pay import duty. Can anyone provide a PDF link? I have a retreat booked at a FPMT centre for the start of October and I am worried it wouldn't arrive on time. Many thanks.
