Hello,
I am finding that when I download the teaching sessions for 'Presenting the Path' they look OK on the screen but don't play and there is complete silence. I have not had a problem at all with DB1 and DB2 Teaching files, and am not doing anything different this time (downloading to my IPad).

Can you help?

Thank you for your post in this technical support forum. It sounds to me from your email that you tried to download the mp3 audio files direct to your ipad? I am not sure how this works and whether you can actually download direct to the ipad as i though you had to add new mp3 files through itunes. I do know that you should be able to play the audio files online by streaming them. 

I just tested a download from DB Module 3 to my computer and the file downloaded and played correctly. Do you have access to a computer to try and download them locally and see if they play and if so to add them to itunes (and your ipad that way).

I have now gone through all the files and the audio works in Section7 of the first Session and then is ok for the rest of the Sessions, so not sure why the...

I have now gone through all the files and the audio works in Section7 of the first Session and then is ok for the rest of the Sessions, so not sure why the first 1-6 don't work but fortunately it isn't as big a problem as I thought. In the main the Mp3 files from your website work very well on IPads.
