Guidelines for the Module

Suggested Prerequisites

• A wish to know how to offer food and drink to the guru and the Three Rare Sublime Ones so as to make eating and drinking an opportunity to create the causes of enlightenment.

Steps to Follow

• Read the chapters and watch the videos of Lama Zopa Rinpoche's teaching that explains why and how to offer our food and drink

• Print out or copy the food offering practices onto your phone or tablet

• Whenever you are about to eat or drink, generate a good motivation, offer the food and drink, and enjoy the blissful nectar!
