We are currently having some issues with our email server due to crashed disk and an email upgrade which occurred at the same time and due to this, some of the following email functionality is disrupted for the online learning center which uses our email server to handle message relaying. These functions have been disrupted since last Friday October 23rd 2009.
1. If you are a new user who has registered on the site by creating a new account, you may not have received an email confirmation which is required in order to finalize the creation of the account. Until the problem is resolved I will manually confirm your email accounts so please keep your username and password as you will be able to use these once this manual confirmation is complete.
2. If you have forgotten your password and request a password reminder email at https://onlinelearning.fpmt.org/login/forgot_password.php then this will not work until the issue is resolved so in the meantime please email me directly at onlineedu@fpmt.org with your email and a new password and I will manually rest your password to the new one requested.
3. If you have subscribed to receive emails for new forum posts then this will not work. All the posts are still recorded in the system and can be seen but you may not receive them by email.
We hope to have the email issue resolved soon and email functionality working again.
