On page 63 of Module 8, I was asked to read a passage from Libration in the Palm of Your Hand. (See footnote 19 on. that page). I could not find it, perhaps because i have the blue version of Libration, not the earlier one. Can you tell me the correct pages? Thanks for anything you can do in this matter.

The footnote 19 for the text is referring to a different edition of the Liberation published by the Mahayana Sutra and Tantra Press. The reference is to the section entitled "Meditation on the Aspects of Death." In the gold edition of the Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand it is from p358-361. I don't have the blue edition with me, but it will be the very last section of the Day Ten chapter on Remembering Death in your blue edition.
