I expected to receive an email giving me the enrollment key but have not heard ...

On 4th December 2021, I ordered and paid for DB13 from Online Store, Order No. AB106048.

I expected to receive an email giving me the enrollment key but have not heard back. Can you please help me.

Thank you for your post in this forum. When you place an order in the FS you should receive an email with the link to download your items and I don't know why that would not have been received. But I have now sent you an email with the PDF to your email address and hopefully it will allow you to access that module.
