My name is Michael Ellem

Yesterday I purchased the free e-book/PDF:   Essence of Tibetan Buddhism by Lama Thubten Yeshe. My Invoice no:   #AB - 97816. I haven't received the e-book/PDF in my emails. I would prefer the PDF. Do I locate the purchased text in my emails?

Also, I am concerned that I am taking a long time to make my way through the modules. I first undertook the Discovering Buddhism course in 2018; did a large amount of work in the second half of last year to complete Module One and Two; and I am just re-commencing Module 3 this week. Is there a time limit to complete the course? Or can I continue to study at my own pace.

When you place an order in the Foundation store, you should receive an email with a link to download the PDF or ebook - generally you will get the option to download each of the different formats if they are available.

Our Foundation Store manager sent you the email again yesterday and please contact shipping@fpmt.org if you have not received it for further assistance.

And there is no time limit to complete the courses, you will have access for as long as you need to complete at your own pace.
