A buddha's mind is omniscient and omnipresent, but not omnipotent. Therefore, the correct answer to this question is "not omnipotent." It would be incorrect to choose either "not omniscient" or "not omnipresent." I imagine the correct response to this question was formulated in this way in order to not be too obvious. Joan
