Hi, has anyone made their own meditation box?

Wondering how you went with making it and how it is to practice in.

Also to hear your experience of making your own meditation pyramid would

be of interest. I think usually made from copper pipes.

I see they can be purchased online but I thought making them could

be quite easy. Not sure of the best way to link the beams.

There will be much more chance of getting an answer about how to construct a meditation box and pyramid if you post your message on the forum of whatever online course it is that you are enrolled in. This forum is intended to help people with technical issues regarding the programs hosted on the FPMT Online Learning Center website and posts are responded to by myself and our IT support people and not by other online students. Since no one has responded to you it probably means that none of us are experts in building meditation boxes and meditation pyramids! Joan
