I downloaded "Discovering Buddhism, Module 10" on 26th November 2019 and have just noticed that there are no short quizzes following each session. Are they not included in this course?

I'm very sorry for the delay in responding to your question. I was away in India attending teachings by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
As you correctly noticed, there are no short quizzes for the sessions of Module 10. Different teachers created the first thirteen modules of Discovering Buddhism and not all of them included short quizzes in the materials for their modules. Joan
