Thank you for your reply. I am in the Heart Sutra course and am using a mac but have realised i am unable to download any box files from FPMT. I have tried trouble shooting and updated Adobe also removed cached files of cookies for FPMT. When the FPMT app. box screen comes up it is blank and seems to be locked. Is this something you can fix? or help me fix?

I was able to replicate your problem. It seems there are issues between Box and older versions of Safari, which I assume is the browser that you are using to download the MP3 files from.
To avoid potential complications troubleshooting this issue, I strongly recommend that you install Firefox, Brave (https://brave.com), or Chrome on your Mac and try once again from any of these browsers. Since you will be using their latest version, you will be able to access the MP3 download page in Box.

Thanks I had the same problem with the Meditation 101 audio using Safari on a Mac.
Have accessed on via Google Chrome and Box is working and can play audio.
