Thank you for your post and I am sorry that you have not yet received the enrollment keys for DB online which you are entitled to as a member.

I will review your membership account and also contact our member coordinator to sort this out immediately. I will also send you all the enrollment keys by email.

In relation to your attempt to purchase DBM1 from the foundation store, I am also sorry to hear that you experienced problems with that. It should not be a problem using a mac and you should have received an email when you purchased the product containing a link to download the PDF with the enrollment key. I do notice that you were able to register for Mod 1 on this site and i hope that you eventually received this file already but I will email you this PDF separately offline as well.
