Dear David

Thanks very much for this update which i think will be useful to any other users who experience the same problem.

So hopefully there are now two ways of solving this problem which is to use a different browser such as Firefox or to you the method you used above to download the file.

I also think that this error only occurs for certain versions and combinations of Safari and Quicktime on Macs so hopefully this problem does not effect a large number of users.
