Other than the modules which are free, you have to purchase the ones which you do not get keys for. All the modules are not free.

Victoria has already very kindly given you the link to the FPMT Foundation Store where it is possible to purchase a PDF download which contains the enrollment key for the module you are interested in for Discovering Buddhism. There is also a page for purchasing Living in the Path enrollment keys as well.
I also want to let you know that all the enrollment keys for all OLC courses are available for free as a benefit of Friends of FPMT at $30 per month or greater which might be a good option if you would like to follow all the courses on the site. This includes access to all 14 Discovering Buddhism modules, all the Living in the Path courses and all the new programs which will be added including Basic Program, Introductory Programs (BIN, Meditation 101 and Heart Advice for Death hand dying), programs in French and Spanish etc etc
Please also note that there are a number of free courses available on the Online Learning Center as follows:
In order to enrol in these courses, you will need to log into your account which you have already created on the Online Learning Center using your username and password. (You can reset your password if you have forgotten it).
After logging into the online site you will need to enrol in the courses that you are interested in using the enrollment keys listed above.

Thank you for your post regarding getting your enrollment keys. When you become a Friend of FPMT you are sent a welcome email which contains all the enrollment keys for the site. This is a manual process and there will be a short gap between the time you make your initial donation and the time you receive your welcome email.
However, when i reviewed your account, I noticed that this email was sent to you on August 4th which is before your forum post, so maybe you did not receive this email for some reason. However i have emailed this welcome email to you again so please let me know if you have not yet received it. New enrollment keys for new courses will be emailed to you as they become available.
