I received a very nice e mail from joan stating that the certificate is now ready to print out for 'this is going to happen to you'. Unfortunately I can't seem to find out where to do this. Help me if you can I'm feeling dowwwwn. lol

I've given you access once again to the certificate. If you click on the link "Certificate of Achievement," you will be brought to another page, where you can click on the button "Get your Certificate." Your certificate will then open as a PDF file on your computer screen. You then need to download it. You can do that by clicking on the download button, which may show up at the bottom of the certificate. Once the file is on your computer you can print it. Please let me know whether that works. Joan
