Thanks for your post. I just reviewed your account and noticed that after you posted this message that you were able to successfully enrol in DB Module 4. As you discovered, the enrollment on this OLC site does not happen automatically after you get a course in the Foundation Store - instead you get a PDF from the Foundation Store that contains the enrollment key and you then have to select the course on this site and enter that enrollment key.
But please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues.
