Despite what Getting Started states I can't see where to log in on left hand side.

The left hand side of the Online Learning Center home page has a link to Secure Login as in the following image. This will bring you to the login page at https://onlinelearning.fpmt.org/moodle/login/index.php which should allow you to login.
