Thank you for your post about this and i have also just sent you a direct email on this with a screenshot to try and help resolve this issue. When i tested both of these modules on a PC i was able to successfully see the Certificate of Achievement. However the Certificate of Achievement is not allowed to be accessed until the checklist about completing all the requirements is updated.
However if you cannot see the same information as in the screenshot i sent please let me know the type of computer you are using (e.g. PC, Mac, Ipad, phone etc), operating system and internet browser and i will see if i can replicate the issue.
