Thank you for letting me know of this. I reviewed this and the problem was that the certificate was listed as only available if the final exam was passed with a grade of >=70% but also <100% - so in your case you had a grade of 100% which was more than the threshold. So i have now fixed this so that results of 100% will also be allowed to receive the certificate.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you again for bringing that to my attention so I could resolve this issue.
