Hi Jennifer - thank you for your post on this and thank you Alfredo for looking into this. I also reviewed the Online Learning Site today using Internet explorer (ver 11.0.9600.17280) and the scroll bars worked ok for me but i then notice some spacing issues in some of the courses using internet explorer, in that the main course topics appeared down the page under the header instead of directly underneath as in other browsers.

However i was also following up on a related issue from a user who informed us that they recently had difficulties using the LOP videos at https://onlinelearning.fpmt.org/mod/page/view.php?id=484 using Internet Explorer as it kept crashing. This is a problem i was able to replicate and it looks like a recent update of internet explorer is somehow incompatible with this page and there does not seem to be any way we can resolve this for now.

So for now, we have replicated the Video pages from that page on our main website at the following URLs which should also work with Internet Explorer:
2009 Teachings: //fpmt.org/wp-content/uploads/streaming/webcast/lop/vodflow3.php
2010 Teachings: //fpmt.org/wp-content/uploads/streaming/webcast/lop2010/vodflow3.php
2014 Teachings: //fpmt.org/media/streaming/teachings-of-lama-zopa-rinpoche/light-of-the-path-teachings/

The page that was causing an issue with internet explorer work fine with both Firefox and Google Chrome and in general it seems that Firefox is considered a much more reliable browser than internet explorer and can be installed for free from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
