How did you add the epub files to your Nook? Did you download them to a computer and then connect your Nook and add the files to the Nook My Documents Folder? IF so then based on research on the internet they should load on your Nook.
I know on some devices if you download directly from the device they often download in a folder called Downloads and need to be moved from that folder to the Root folder or the My Documents folder before they will display.
I found the following instructions online on how to add epub files to the Nook and can you try this method if you have not done so already or let me know if this is what you did and it still does not work. I do not have a Nook myself for testing and am relying on research on the internet on how to best get the documents displaying on the device.
1. Connect the NOOK to your computer with the included USB cable. NOOK will then show where hard drives and other USB drives show (under My Computer on Windows or on the desktop on Mac). Double-click on the NOOK drive to open it.
2. In another window, open the folder where you stored the eBook files on your computer. You can then drag and drop the eBook file(s) from your computer to the "my documents" folder or to the root of the NOOK.
3. After the files are finished transferring to the NOOK and BEFORE unplugging the USB cable, you must eject the device from the computer. Simply right-click on the NOOK drive and select the undock, eject, or unmount option.

Thanks for the additional detail on this. I have not being able to test the epub files myself on a Nook (as i do not have one of those devices) but i have successfully tested the mobi files on a Kindle.
I just now got access to an ipad to test the epub file on an ipad and also had some issue opening the file. So i will investigate and test this further to assess if there is any issue with the file.
When you try and open the epub file does the Nook give you any specific error message or any additional detail?

Thanks again for letting us know of the problem with opening the epub files on your Nook. Following on from our direct emails on this, I am happy to say we have now resolved an issue with the epub files and i have replaced all the previous epub files with new files on the site that should now open correctly.
