Hi,

There is a problem opening online learning webpage, I can not connect most of the time, it says retry/detail on the blank page . I looked into the details, it says, it may be a DNS error. Whenever this happens I go to FPMT main page then click the online learning center link.  But the problem continues sometimes.  How can we solve this problem?

Thank you for your post in this technical forum and i am sorry for the delayed response due to being out of the of office.

Your error sounds the same as the problem another user had as outlined at https://onlinelearning.fpmt.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=2038

Can you test the site to see if you still experience this issue and if the site loads after you click retry.

To help resolve this issue our IT team has done some work on moving our domain name and which was just recently completed and we hope this will help resolve the issue. So please let us know if the issue has stopped and you can now access the site
