Hello,

Recently (the last couple of weeks), when I try to connect to the online learning centre, firefox returns a trouble loading page error.  The message says it cannot connect to the server and asks me to check the web address.  After 4 or 5 attempts, firefox connects.  Once connected, its fine.  Any ideas what might be going on?

Thanks for posting the screenshots. Our web developer could not replicate this issue as the sites load first time for him but we are reviewing our server logs to see if we can identify any errors on the server for further review.

And am i correct that if you refresh that the site loads after a refresh or a few refreshes?

Yes, typically after about 4 or 5 reloads.  From then on it's fine.  I thought I'd mention it because it's the only site I'm having problems loading: if it was a selection ...

Yes, typically after about 4 or 5 reloads.  From then on it's fine.  I thought I'd mention it because it's the only site I'm having problems loading: if it was a selection of sites I'd have chalked it up to my system straightaway.

Can you let us know if you are still experiencing these same issues.

Out IT team was not able to replicate this issue in the USA and the webserver isn't showing errors but we had had the same issue with some other international users recently. Therefore we think this issue has to do with the routing of the requests and to help with this we will be moving our domains from one holder to another but this will not be completed until the end of the month

However we have not had any recent notifications of this issue and think it might even be better now for some users which is why i hope you can test this again
