Do I need an application for my Android Smartphone to open downloaded files from the Learning Center?
When I press on the link for DBM14-2 Vajrasattva Practice, mp3 from your website, a download happens and yet when I select it to open, "Cannot open file" appears.

On my Samsung Galaxy S2, in order to play the downloaded MP3 files, I have to open the Music Player app (installed by default), go to Folders (on the top menu, scroll/slide to the right of Albums and Artists), then choose the Download folder, and then it will play the files.
Otherwise you could always download the files on your PC, connect your phone to the PC and use Samsung Kies to copy the downloaded files to the phone, which would put them in the media folder.
