Hello,

I am enrolled at the BP Tantra Module and have not been able to download the videos successfully for viewing ofline. I did get to download but Quickplayer doesn't recognize them and VLC opens a file with 00.00secs (empty). Can you help me please? My conection is not fast enough for online viewing and I have been not able to start the course yet.

Than you for your forum post. From reading about the issues you are having it sounds to me like the files were not downloaded completed.

Most of the video files are quite long (approx 2 hours each) which is why we made them primarily available as streaming videos for watching online but we also made them available down download as we have received requests for this in the past - however the file sizes are very large.

So can you verify if the files you downloaded are the same size as the files listed in the directory listing for download as this might show if this is the cause of the problem.

If the file sizes are different then can you try and download the files again and i will also send you an alternative link for downloading to see if that gives a better result.

Then also there are some audio files which can be downloaded (which contains the teachings in audio only format) and can you also test if these download and play for your correctly.
