Thank you for your post. I believe you may be trying to purchase the enrollment key for Buddhism in a Nutshell in the Foundation store at http://shop.fpmt.org/Buddhism-in-a-Nutshell--Online_p_1239.html

Unfortunately the Foundation store site is a separate system that what we use for the Online Learning Center and your username and password for the Online Learning Center will not work on the Foundation Store.

Instead what you will need to do is to proceed to checkout in the foundation Store and just fill in your billing details there instead of trying to log into your account (unless you have already created a separate Foundation Store account).
