I created a new account with FPMT and on 13 Jan 2014 I got a welcoming mail from FPMT team.  I have forgotten my password and  requested them to send me a mail for resetting my password. After one hour also it has not come. 
Today I wanted to enroll for online course and the website asked me to create a new account. So I created a new account. But I got this message: We do not find your account. 

Can you help me to straighten up things?  What should I do now ?

Thank you for your post in this FAQ and Technical Support forum. I have manually reset your password and send you an email outlining your username and password on the site. So hopefully you will now be able to log into the site again.
