To change your user profile, you need to click on your username (which you should see in the top right of the home screen of the OLC) and then click on the second tab on the profile page which says 'Edit Profile'.

You can then change the text and image etc and the most important thing is to then ensure you scroll to the very bottom of that page and click on 'Update Profile' as this is what actually saves the changes. I suspect that you may have made changes but that they were not saved, so please can you try this again and ensure that the Update Profile is clicked and let me know if this does not work for you.
