Hello Technical Support
Thank you for your provision of the information contained on this site. I have recently downloaded the Meditation on the Breath from the Introduction Course, How to Meditate.
Also have downloaded the Mediation on Golden Light. I am not able to increase the volume on these and cannot hear them well enough to understand what they contain. Do you have any thoughts on how I can increase the volume. The volume is at its highest on my laptop.

Thank you for your post in this Technical Support Forum. I am sorry to hear you are having some difficulties hearing some of the audio files. 

It sounds to me from reading your email that you are listening to them through your laptop speakers and sometimes laptop speakers are indeed difficult to hear from, especially for some audio files. 

My initial is that you insert some headphones into your laptop to see if this improves the sound quality. If so, then it might help to listen through headphones or through eternal speakers. I  have external speakers connected to my computer and they give a much improved sounds quality.
