Thank you for your post in this FAQ and Technical forum. 

We do not have a link for the 'Secular meditation' video in DB Module 2 as we no longer have this available in the Foundation store for sale.

I did find this available on Amazon.com at http://www.amazon.com/Secular-Meditation-VHS-Dalai-Lama/dp/6304468288 in VHS tape format.

Please also note that this suggested reading for DB Module 2 is optional only and is not required for completing the course.
