I finished the final exam at DB Module 02, but i have the problem with the name on certificate.
When i registered username, i used nickname Greentea. So, on my Certificate now, the name is Greentea. I tried changing the real name Oanh Tuoc Tran already but Certificate still Greentea name.
I really like my real name Oanh Tuoc Tran on that Certificate. This is the first time I join online retreat, so this Certificate is a nice & meaningful to me. Can you help me change the name on it approve?

Thanks for your post in this forum. The name on the certificate automatically pulls the name which is on the user profile at the time the certificate is created. So in your case it pulled the first name and last name that was in the account. Unfortunately when the certificate is created it saves a copy of the certificate and does not update for subsequent changes to the name as this information is then recorded in the database. So i can update your current certificate online.

What i was able to do was to create a custom certificate for you outside the system which i have just emailed to you which contains your real name.

The only other option for you would be to create a new account on the Online Learning center with your real name and complete the DB Module 2 final exam again and then open a new certificate from this new account.

But hopefully the copy i have emailed you will be sufficient for your needs.
