If you are able to play the first 14 seconds then it sounds to me like your flash is working ok but that the internet connection speed is slow.
The video for DB is quite large and it usually needs a fast internet connection for uninterrupted viewing. I would recommend that you start the video and then click on the pause option at the bottom left of the video which will continue to load and then if you play after some of the video has loaded it might be better.

Tip for Playing the video with a slow internet connection
The video works best with a fast internet connection as the video is streamed as it is played. If you find that the video is slow to load and play or pauses during play (as it loads new data) then a good tip is to pause the video until it loads and then watch the video.
