Discovering Buddhism - Module 14. Special Integration Experiences

Optional Assessment Questions

This assessment should be done only after you have completed the special integration experiences for this module.


Please write a paragraph about each of your integration experiences:

  1. Two-week Kopan-style lamrim course/retreat (or November Course at Kopan Monastery)
  2. 100,000 long Vajrasattva mantras
  3. 100,000 prostrations to the Thirty-Five Confession Buddhas
  4. Nyung Nä retreats

describing for each one:
  1. What you found most beneficial about the practice

  2. What you found most challenging

  3. Any advice that you would give to others engaging in the same practice

  4. Anything else that you would like to share


Your responses will be used to help inspire and guide future students, so please be as honest and candid as possible in sharing your story.
